Message I have read through trying to problem solve. What I have done so far.
1. Changed oil out to redline not the MT-90 but actual oil specked for trans.
2. I have gone through and changed the master and slave out a couple of times. Got bad master that leaked after a couple of months twice. Also changed out line to slave with a stainless unit. To eliminate swelling. The booster was replaced a year before the rebuild. OEM unit.
3. Replaced all of the vacuum lines to booster with silicone. Checked that the reservoir for leaks, good there.
4. Removed trans and replaced shift fork with Z33 solid unit. Didn't check clutch probably should have. at the time car had 6k from install.
5. Just changed out the pedal assemble to a N/A setup.
Wanted to eliminate the booster as a problem. Found the master leaking again.
6. About to pull and check that the clutch and flywheel are ok. The shop that I work at with this have run into a issue. We have a couple of cars that got improper turned flywheels causing the opposite affect. I don't remember if the flywheel had the two stage on it. I have a stock clutch that I might put in just to check and see if it works. Just can't ramp out the RPM's due to hp. Also thinking of getting the nismo pilot bearing.

The trans is hard to shift with higher Rpm's(about 4500 and up) 2nd and 3rd. Fourth gear is impossible to shift into in any rpm. It seems as though the clutch is not disengaging. After doing some reading and seeing that the 98 spec trans has problems. I'm wondering what to do when I tear it out. If the clutch checks out to be alright. I will indeed be going into the trans. I might just for ShitsandGiggles. With fourth being the input gear this is why I have thought that this is a disengagement issue.

What should I be looking for that is abnormal?
Can I use the specs from a older version to check the wear on the syncros. If not where can I get the info?
What are some of the details that can help fix this problem?
I got this trans instead of rebuilding my old one. Figured it would be easier and cheaper plus it's new.
The one thing that I don't have is the wine that several people have talked about.

I have done a lot of reading on the board before posting so if I missed a thread that had some info about this please just link it.
